Do you cover everything from concept to build?
Yes. We can support from early ideas through planning and detailed drawings. We can also provide construction-stage support if you choose.
What size of project do you take on?
Primarily residential extensions, conversions, small developments and listed buildings. We also undertake select commercial and change‑of‑use projects.
Do you produce Building Regulation drawings?
Yes. We prepare detailed plans/specifications and coordinate with structural engineers where needed.
How long does planning take?
Every authority differs, but 8–16 weeks from validation is typical. Sketch/design can take 2–4 weeks and technical drawings 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
What if planning is refused?
We design to maximise approval. If refused, we can appeal or redesign in line with officer feedback.
